Steel bell, painted black. Just under 2 lbs. the cowbell was a classic part off bullriding. they thought the dong of the bell made the bulls buck. The real purpose of the bell is to pull your rope off of the bull after you get off. The bell is 1 3/4" wide so you are able to fit it down into the chute when you have a large bull. 4 1/2" at the base. Overall bell height is 6". Our bell does not have a donger.
